• A variety of different winding methods are provided to suit the types of films to be coated and the process requirements. 
  
• In the winding system, special flattening devices suitable for various plastic films such as PET, OPP, and CPP have been set up. This enables excellent evaporation and winding quality with no wrinkles, no scratches, and no edge accumulation.
  


• ●Powerful and practical evacuation system

•  The independent winding chamber and evaporation chamber are provided, and each chamber is equipped with a set of independent vacuum pump units corresponding to it. It can reach the required working vacuum level for coating in a very short time, thereby significantly improving the production efficiency of the equipment.

• By conducting meticulous calculations to determine the appropriate evaporation distance and boat spacing, and adopting an alternating arrangement pattern, and using the boat installation method with both ends supported, excellent evaporation uniformity and the best film formation quality were achieved. 
  
• Either a common ceramic evaporation vessel with a normal evaporation rate, or a high-evaporation-rate evaporation vessel can be used. Its maximum power can reach 14KVA, and the maximum evaporation rate can be up to 9 grams per minute.

• The evaporation coating roller is equipped with an independent cooling and heating system. It uses a special oil-based heat-conducting medium, which can effectively cool the evaporation coating roller and prevent thermal damage to the film.

• Before electroplating, the surface of the film is subjected to ion bombardment treatment to remove the water vapor and impurities adsorbed on the film surface, thereby enhancing the adhesion and improving the quality of the coating.
