The vacuum pump oil mist separation/damping/filtering device is a vacuum environmental protection and energy-saving equipment, used for oil mist separation in the exhaust of the pre-stage vacuum pump, dust filtration and noise reduction, thereby extending the pump's service life, improving the working environment and ensuring personnel health.
1. This equipment is applicable for oil mist separation of all series oil-sealed vacuum pumps with an exhaust volume of 1-300L/S;
2. It can be used as an exhaust muffler for any model pre-stage vacuum pump;
3. It can be used as a dust filter for the exhaust of any model pre-stage vacuum pump, with a filtration accuracy of 3um;
4. It can be used as a muffler and filter on vacuum equipment as a pressure relief valve;
5. The filter element has a filtration accuracy of 3um, an inner metal mesh, and a pressure regulating valve, which automatically adjusts the opening ratio according to the exhaust volume;
6. Both the inlet and outlet adopt standard interfaces (GBT4982 and GBT6070), and adapter heads can be customized according to requirements;
7. Suitable for laboratories, clean rooms, semiconductor processes, high-purity raw material preparation, fine chemicals, vacuum smelting and environments with requirements for direct discharge;
8. According to customer requirements, a composite capture device with activated carbon (which can extract some toxic and harmful gases) can be configured. The gas treatment equipment can be designed, manufactured and installed according to customer requirements.
